The Account Steering Expert has a key role within the sales organization by providing local sales impulses to the assigned Account Managers through a structural and detailed analysis of the customer portfolios. She/he works in teams with Account Managers with the goal to jointly optimize the performance of their portfolio for the Lufthansa Group; Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Swiss.
