Customer Sales & Service Agent (Ref: 1900005U)
We are now looking for a colleague to join our Customer Sales & Service team in Stockholm, Town office. As agent your duties will include working in uniform servicing our walk-in customers at the front desk (Retail). Main tasks will include new booking queries, amendments and general information on Emirates product and fares.
Administrative tasks as providing support to our resellers through e-mail, handling queries in BSP and acting as a group sales agent servicing group booking requests and providing support. You will ensure that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated, highlight legal requirements covering their journey whilst striving to meet sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, outgoing personality and fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
We expect applicants to have a minimum 2 years’ experience with tasks involving reservation and ticketing in any major GDS. Experience of handling group sales is an advantage. You will have experience in using Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Email.
