As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Senior Sales Operations Agent for our Northern Europe Region, which includes 7 countries – Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
Provide five star service to Qatar Airways internal and external customers. Act as Qatar Airways product and process expert by supporting the team with daily complex sales operations tasks, including but not limited to Reservations and Ticketing, and Trade/Corporate Account support and ensuring that activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
